Eligibility

Handmade Products
Every item is crocheted by hand and made to order. Size, stitch tension, facial expression, and colour placement vary slightly between pieces, and yarn dye lots are never identical. Product photos show representative examples, not the exact piece you will receive.
Our toys contain small parts and are decorative keepsakes. Please supervise young children and check the product page for the age guidance on each item.
Products & Pricing
- We strive to display products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any payment.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be received in full before we begin crafting. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details.
Photos You Send Us
If you send us a photo for a custom piece, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to use it for the sole purpose of making your order. We will not publish it or use it in marketing without your written consent. We may decline any request we consider unlawful, offensive, or infringing on someone else's rights.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, and designs — is the property of JULY E LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.
