Cancellation & Modification Policy

Because every piece is crocheted by hand after you order, please read how cancellations and changes work.

Cancelling an order

• Within 24 hours of ordering: cancel for a full 100% refund, no questions asked.
• After 24 hours: we can only cancel if we have not yet started making your piece. Once crafting has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Changing an order

Need to fix a personalization detail (name, spelling), a size, or your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible:

• Changes are free while your order has not started production.
• Once a piece is in progress, personalization and size can no longer be changed.
• Shipping address can usually be updated until the order ships — tell us right away.
